Browse the following programs and choose the ones that suits your organization best. Then, us or call us to receive a start up kit for your group to complete and return. You will be provided with everything you need to efficiently manage your fundraiser. A detailed flyer will be provided with each member's sales kit. It will contain pictures of Make Scents Candles, along with a detailed scent description. At a reduced cost, you may buy Scented Wax samples which will enable your customers to smell the candles and enhance sales.
Your organization is responsible for all sales incentives if you wish to offer any.
Fundraiser Package #1
You purchase the number of candles you anticipate your organization selling by the case (12 candles per case). You pay $54.00 per case ($4.50 per 8oz Candle). The suggested resell price is $8.00 (+ 40˘ for shipping) each, giving you a profit of $46.80 per case. No messing with delivery dates, and your customers get their products immediately.
Fundraiser Package #2
Do your customers enjoy variety? Well then this is the plan for you. You will have 12 of our most popular scents for them to choose from, and we will include colorful flyers for you to use with item descriptions. Your resell cost is $7.00 each.
Your organization will have a time period of no more than 3 weeks.
To avoid upfront costs, all monies will be collected at the time of sale. The Fundraising Coordinator will contact us with the total sales in each scent, and will send payment via check or money order, less 35% of your total sales . When we receive payment your order is processed and sent to the leader. Your group will be responsible for delivery. Preparation will take approximately 3-4 weeks.
Fundraiser program #3
With this package, you will get your organizations theme color in a candle. You also are able to choose the scent. You will also receive a custom label (picture of mascot, school, colors etc) with your organizations name at no extra charge. This program will use 8oz jelly jars, which suggested resell is $8.00 (+ 40˘ for shipping). This plan is great for younger participants because it offers only one choice to your sellers.

The Fundraising Coordinator will contact us with the total sales in each scent, and will send payment via check or money order, less 35% of your total sales. We will bag and divide your customers orders appropriately. Your group will be responsible for delivery. Preparation will take approximately three-four weeks.
