To insure the best possible burn of our candles, trim the wick to 1/2 inch (excluding the first intial burn) before lighting. For your safety, keep wax free of trimmings and away from Flammable items and unattended children. Let the candle burn all the way to the edges on the first lighting to maximize the life of your candle. Never burn more than 4 hrs at a time, dip the wick in the wax ,using a non flammable utensil, or put the lid on the jar to distinguish the flame .Never leave candles unattended while burning..Importantly..ENJOY!        

              *due to the natural state of soybean wax, color shading and texture may vary  with each candle..This only adds to the   primitive uniqueness and in no way hinders the scent or`burn.
